There are two long stretches of sandy beach to choose from, Mazarron beach and Puerto de Mazarron. A few kilometres further along the coast are rocky inlets and more private beaches where diving is a popular sport.

Murcia (San Javier) airport is approx. 45 minutes away and Alicante 1h 15 minutes.
